This cake for a 21 year-old Birthday boy who wanted something elegant was a joy to bake. He wanted something out of the ordinary and so i came up with this idea. He wanted something big and powerful that screamed his age.

This may look like a simple cake but its surely worth every bite! A "hearty" cake, so rich and moist leaving a good taste on your palate. It takes altogether about three hours to bake from scratch to the final product so you can imagine what its like inside.

This three-tier rich moist chocolate cake was a winner at a wedding reception! The bride wanted something different and not too colourful. With her favourite colour being green and white, it did make it simple for me to put the pieces together. I used fresh daisies and leaves to decorate the cake.
