This cake for a 21 year-old Birthday boy who wanted something elegant was a joy to bake. He wanted something out of the ordinary and so i came up with this idea. He wanted something big and powerful that screamed his age.

Vegetarian Carrot Walnut Cake

It was such great joy to bake this Vegetarian Carrot Walnut Cake, which took me about five hours to prepare, for an eight year old boy. The lil' boy wanted a well known cartoon character of any kind and so i came up with this idea. And the best thing about it is the 3D effect on the left hand, where the Bunny holds a carrot and enjoying it. The boy loved it and asked for more! This very rich moist cake was baked to a size enough to serve 100 people. The home-made cheese topping was a bonus for the cake and the way i heard it, every bite was mouth watering...

Moist Chocolate Cake

On Mother's Day, i received orders for 30 cakes - All  Chocolate! Weighing slightly more than 1kg each, the orders were simple. They wanted a cake rich in chocolate and moist inside and so i came up with this idea. I added heart shaped sugar icing to add colour to the cake. At the centre, i placed a home-made sugar paste rose to brighten up Mother's Day!

This may look like a simple cake but its surely worth every bite! A "hearty" cake, so rich and moist leaving a good taste on your palate. It takes altogether about three hours to bake from scratch to the final product so you can imagine what its like inside.

My friend Shawn wanted a simple cake so i came up with this recipe...! Yeah simple and super rich inside. This carrot walnut cake is topped with rich cream cheese. The combination makes the end product simply delicious and good till the last bite. Weighing 2.2 kilograms, this cake was good for 15 people to enjoy!

Rich Chocolate Moist Cake with Chocolate topping and shredded Cream Cheese

I had an order for a rich chocolate moist cake for an engagement party and came up with this idea at the last minute. She wanted something simple with edible items at the top so i decided to decorate the cake with home-made rich butter cream and shredded cheese. Just to spice up the cake, i added heart shaped sugar icing around. She loved it!
